For bookings made more than twelve weeks before the last day of your holiday at Inverbeg and cancelled more than eight weeks before the last day of your holiday at Inverbeg and, where you have taken out CANCELLATION INSURANCE COVER we will refund all of your money (less Cancellation Insurance Premium).

CANCELLATION, QUALIFIED GUARANTEE & REFUNDING

The hire charges can be refunded in the event proof has been provided of a qualifying reason as undernoted:-

Illness, death, injury or maternity of any member of your party (detailed by you on your booking form at the time of booking), or because of your redundancy or that of your spouse. (Qualifying for payment under the Redundancy Payments Act 1965), or because of your unforseen occupational posting in your presant employment, or because of fire, floods, subsidence or malicious damage, rendering your home uninhabitable, or because of the police, requiring your presence following a burglary at your home or place of business or witness or jury service by you or your spouse, or because of death or serious injury or illness of a close relative or the death of a business associate, partner or co-director.

Providing these circumstances have arisen since you made your booking and you can supply documentary evidence, then you will no longer be liable for the balance of hire monies due on your booking. To qualify you must notify us in writing immediately the circumstances arise. In the case of multiple or party bookings (ie., where more than one holiday is booked at the same time) cover is assessed on each holiday individually.

Our cover also provides you with a refund of your balance of hire charges if the qualifying circumstances arise before you leave home for your holiday and where you have already paid your money. Provided Inverbeg Holiday Park receives written notice from you more than 42 days prior to your hoiday start date, and you are cancelling for one of the qualifying reasons all your money will be returned to you in full (less your Cancellation Insurance Premium). Written notice less than 42 days prior to your holiday start date, and with qualifying reasons entitles you to a refund of all monies paid less your Cancellation Insurance Premium and a £20.00 administration charge.

CANCELLATION WITHOUT A QUALIFYING REASON

If you cancel without a qualifying reason and we receive notice from you in writing more than 42 days prior to your holiday start date, then you only forfeit your booking deposit for each week cancelled.

If we receive notice to cancel 42 days or less before your holiday start date and your reason for cancelling is not one of the qualifying ones, you forfeit your booking deposit and you will be responsible for the payment of the balance of hire if we do not re-let for each week cancelled. The decision of Inverbeg Holiday Park on all claims is final.
